Requesting U.S. Consultations
To request a formal U.S. consultation, please submit a completed U.S. Consultation Questionnaire to our office. You will be contacted to schedule an appropriate time for the consultation. Formal consultations may be provided in person or by telephone. An initial consultation fee of $500.00USD (add 7% GST for Canadian residents) will be charged and must be received prior to any consultation. This amount is payable in advance by cash, cheque or credit card.
If you intend to pay by credit card or Interac card, please review the office-specific information for Toronto or Bellingham to determine if a particular office accepts your card. If you retain us to assist you (for a matter resulting in fees of more than $2,000USD) within two weeks of the consultation, your final bill will be credited in the amount of the consultation fee. To calculate what the consultation fee converts to in your home currency, please use the online Universal Currency Converter.

Requesting Canadian Consultations
To request a Canadian immigration consultation, please submit a completed Canadian Consultation Questionnaire to our office. You will be contacted to schedule an appropriate time for the consultation. Formal consultations may be provided in person or by telephone. A $200.00CAD fee (Canadian residents add 7% GST) will be charged and must be received prior to any consultation. This amount is payable in advance by cash, cheque or credit card.
Where certain issues are applicable in a particular case (i.e. inadmissibility issues), the consultation fee may be higher as a result of the increased complexity. However, if the consultation fee is expected to be more than $200.00CAD, you will be informed of this fact in advance and will be given an opportunity to proceed with or cancel your consultation.
If you retain us to assist you (for a matter resulting in fees of more than $2,000CAD) within two weeks of the consultation, your final bill will be credited in the amount of the consultation fee. To calculate what the consultation fee converts to in your home currency, please use the online Universal Currency Converter.
If you have a spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner, please have them complete a separate Canadian consultation questionnaire and we will assess both of you together. This is very important if your intention is to seek permanent residence in Canada since, if either of you qualifies for permanent residence, the other can acquire permanent residence as a dependent.
